Body Images is a common problem within hish school all around the world. The script targets both boys and girls to inform that they are not alone. The black and white feature was then added to create a more dramatic effect. The lower thirds were done through Photoshop, a separate program specifially for graphics.

Prom Tips 101 was an nontraditional story where Rainiel and I created a three camera shoot in which we then ad lib-ed our 5 tips. During editing we not only fixed the color and contrast but also made a visual illusion as I changed dresses.

The Virginia Beach Story was a personal favorite. Over the span of 5 days, Kailey Feshler and I, filmed every inch of the Performing Arts Department trip to Virginia. With a shoulder mount and tripod, I interviewed at least a dozen individuals along the way. Constant ISO and exposure changes were necessary depending on the time of day and location.

Day of Silence was done in honor of the GSAFE Club to highlight their accomplishments as well as the day dedicated to silence. I tried to limit the script to near silence to reflect theirs. I also had the opprotunity to anchor and meet these devoted individuals.

The Symphony Orchestra was an ideal story for me because not only is it music based but the inspiration behind it included more than what was on the surface. Interviewing a world famous violinist was a dream. With many different angles and perspectives, this story was a success.

Silk City Coffee was a new attraction on Main Street. The great atmosphere made ambient sound easy to fill while both interviews where also very elaborate. I wanted to keep the idea of  welcoming a new environment so the beginning standup opened the doors to Silk City Coffee.

Maddie Van Beek was an incredible individual who was a joy to interview without Myles, the reporter. The idea of running to the finish line inspired me to rewind it and explain how Beek got where she was before she actually finished. With various interviews at the Pasta Dinner, it was important to be professional but also a people person.
